Lynn Argento

Lynn uses her diverse industry background in technology, non-profit, government, and health care to develop strong employee engagement and program implementation strategies for clients. She is passionate about transforming audacious strategic goals into engaging action plans that inspire teams and clarify direction. 

Lynn holds a Masters in Public Administration from the Evans School of Public Administration at the University of Washington. When not delving into complex customer problems, you can find her gardening, sewing, or on a hike with her family in Seattle, WA.

Deb Crimmins

Deb Crimmins has over 25 years experience leading large and diverse Healthcare Revenue Cycle and Direct Patient Care Operations.  Prior to becoming the founding Principle at Crimmins & Associates Consulting, Deb held senior leadership roles with DaVita Healthcare Partners in their Renal and Specialty Pharmacy Revenue Cycle Operations and Renal Field Operations.  The scope of these roles included oversight of up to 900 employees, Management of $12 Billion in A/R and development of a strategic roadmap to support dynamic growth.  She was also a senior leader with Apria Healthcare and after 7 successful years in RCM, Deb led the Value Realization and Change Management teams for a full ERP implementation project utilizing SAP.  Prior to Apria, Deb was instrumental in developing merger & acquisition strategies and delivering material bottom line results for Fresenius Medical Care.  Deb has been a board member for several organizations and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the State University of New York – Oswego.

Amanda Shaw

Amanda is a public health professional with expertise in project management, wellbeing program execution, and business operations. She helps organizations successfully meet their goals through thorough analysis, facilitating strategic decisions, and managing cross-functional projects.

Amanda holds a master’s degree in public health from the University of Washington and is passionate about building healthy communities. She enjoys reading, riding her bike, and experiencing the Pacific Northwest with her family.

Tyler has spent the last 13 years doing product management and software implementations in the health and well-being space. The scope of his experience includes data integrations, analysis, security, and project management. Tyler has also built and developed scalable technology and specialized teams across a number of different functions. He is a passionate systems thinker and committed to finding creative solutions to challenging problems.

Jennifer Conlee

Jennifer is an operationally-focused Project Manager - managing strategic and tactical projects simultaneously while consistently meeting project deadlines and has most recently led cross-functional teams implementing large Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems to improve the quality of care for underserved communities and regional healthcare clinics. In addition to her background in EHR systems deployment, Jennifer has also held operational and administrational roles in the home finance and real estate industries and has also given back to her community and invested in the lives of special needs children in her role as a Special Education Teacher.
